The St. James High Football Booster Club will conduct
a rare off-season meeting this THURSDAY evening (May 13) at 7:00pm. The
reason for the get-together is to honor coaches Danny Shepard
and Randy Breaux who have retired from coaching football at St. James this
past season. Mr. Henry Ordoyne will cook
red beans and rice for the meal. The gathering promises to a great opportunity for
Wildcat fans to catch back up with each other. Just as we concluded last season, this meeting will
take place inside the new cafeteria at St. James. The usual “booster meeting” rule applies; the
meeting will be open to everyone -- including women -- who are at least 18-years-old
and out of high school. SPRING
FOOTBALL UPDATE The Wildcats will undergo a minor intra-team
scrimmage on Thursday afternoon before holding their official "Black and
Gold" scrimmage next Thursday (May 20).
As of now, there will be no scrimmage against another school in the
